Just one thread
a single moment
who would want it?
that hideous gray
in their tapestry
but in it goes
as all experiences must
with the Tapestry of Life
Focusing on the happy,
the yellows, greens, reds
the sunshine and flowers of life
I see only the threads
each moment
defines my worth
ignoring the ugly
I try to see only "good"
in the Tapestry of Life
In this dark moment
I find myself wondering
would the yellow be so bright
if there were no black?
could the sun truly shine
if there were no shadow?
pulling my eyes away
looking at the picture
seeing more than my thread
Peace floods my Soul
I find Joy in the beauty
of my Tapestry of Life

I really like this one. I like the part that says "would the yellow be so bright if there were no black", that is so true.
